Cottage Marta is a private villa divided into two independent units. The garden and swimming pool, while private to the villa, are shared exclusively with the guests of the other half.

The house features a cosy living room, two double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private ground-level patio with an outdoor dining table and lounge area, overlooking a magnificent centuries-old oak tree that provides shade and atmosphere.
